I love God and I love His church...in particular, the Northwest Christian Church. In fact, if you were to ask me what my ‘philosophy of ministry’ is, my simple answer would be: Love God and Love People. Obviously, that simple answer is quite far-reaching. It is one that calls me to draw near to God continually through prayer and study of His Word, the Bible. It is also one that calls me to ‘down to earth’ and compassionate involvement in the lives of people God made and loves. Thus, my primary tasks are to “grow in the grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18) and to love people into and upwards in the kingdom of God. I also sense the incredible relevance, in this day and time, of ministry to families. Therefore, for this Preacher and his family, ministry is also a ‘family thing’. As we serve in and with the Northwest Christian Church, our prayer is that...we will all come to Love God and Love People, and thus, reach the lost, build up the saved and exalt our Lord Jesus Christ.
